Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WearyBusinessTraveler42 A good place to stay
This was my third stay at this property, and I will stay here every time I come back to the Seattle area. It's a great place that is convenient to what I need to do.
I do wish they would provide upgraded rooms to Platinum Club members. Most locations these days do not provide upgrades, though. There is no punishment from IHG if they don't.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Visitor248 Convenient location near airport
This hotel is nice and very close to Sea-Tac airport, which is why I stayed here. I only stayed one short night, but have no complaints. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mariaf1 worth it because of the staff
traveling to Seattle for our anniversary & business for the first time we picked a place that was worth it and still close enough to where we needed to be staff was amazing , Breakfast perfect , parking great , until you get to the room that was a downfall we had the suite the carpet was nasty very dirty , it is an older hotel but to at least make it look better change the carpet in the room , the smell from it and the look of it was very bad the bathroom door did not close all the way because of the humidity door being cheap plywood it expanded the door did not close ,as well as open for that matter because it did not fit right to the bathroom , in issues like this a pocket door would have worked better then me hitting my knee on it and getting a bruise ..above all I would not stay at this place again , I would pay the extra 40 a night and stay close to Seattle .

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by thumphr29 Shower knob broken - ruined overnight stay
we travelled from east to west coast, exhausted & yet still couldn't make it home in one day, so we spent the night in seattle and then up for an early flight home. we had reserved a king, but found a queen in our room. in the morning, we tried to take a shower before our flight but the shower knob was completely broken and no water would come out. how would they not know this? doesnt housekeeping turn the shower on to clean it? we had no time for adjustments when we found this and so our weary travels continued. horrible start to a day. when we let the front desk know, we were offered points - not a discount or refund. we will not stay at this dated property again.

Very tidy. Housekeeping is on top of things. Front desk staff very professional too. Jeff gave us a great suggestions to visit the Miller Art School in Georgetown. We loved it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Donnie B-71 Seattle's best experience
While celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary we had the opportunity of staying a week in Seattle. After 2 nights at a Luxury downtown hotel, we chose to spend our remaining time at the HIExpress Suites at SeaTac Airport. The location was fantastic for connections to downtown using the Link Light Rail system. No more Parking/Taxi/Rental Car issues.
Great Breakfast/Beds/Room Cleanliness!

Stayed overnight while changing flights. Room was comfortable and clean; some hallway noise while in the front area with the sofa and TV but the bedroom area was quiet (also had a second large TV in front of the bed). Several sections of the wallpaper were loose at the corners but dated furnishings are expected for the price. There is a decent free breakfast with cooked sausages and cheese omelets, coffee, juices, fresh fruits. The only gripe was the lack of food establishments on the premises or within walking distance in the evening when I checked in; there is a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes that will drop you off at nearby restaurants but seemed awkward to flag down that shuttle in the rain to come back so did not use it. If I return, I might bring in microwaveable food.
