Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired I stay at the IHG brands every few weeks. This property is tired but ok. The room was not as clean as I am used to. Went to plug in my phone behind the bedside table and came up sneezing from the dust. Food all froze in the mini fridge. It's ok for a quick overnight but not for several days. July 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stuck in SMOKING room When my wife and I, both NON-SMOKERS, arrived and checked in we were assigned to a smoking room. We immediately dropped our luggage in the room and took a tour. Upon returning in late afternoon and upon re-interring our room it became very evident ours was a smoking room. I called the desk clerk to see if I could switch to a NON- SMOKING room but was told that was not possible but he did come to our room and spray some deodorant which helped somewhat. The next time we stay at a IHG hotel I will check a little closer to insure we are assigned a NON- SMOKING room. I was told by a member of the hotel staff that because I was paying with my Priority Club points plus $70, I was assigned to one of the less desirable rooms, like the smoking room plus the room itself was probably the farthest room away from the front door. Guess I learned a lesson from this. July 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Cruise Line Shuttle Service I made reservation to include shuttle service to/from cruise port. The HI staff was not at all helpful in explaining the pickup, i.e. where and when and basis of a reservation. On return at the cruise port no one could tell me where to locate the service. Bottom line: I returned to SEA airport by another service ($24 for two persons) and defaulted on the HI plan. The hotel itself is fine. July 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LACK OF COMMUNICATION I BOOKED THISD ROOM FOR MY SON BECAUSE HE HAD A SHORT LAYOVER I WAS ASSURED BY THE RESERVATION AGENT THAT THIS WOULD BE PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD WELL IT WAS TAKEN OFF MY STUDENT SON'S DEBIT CARD AND HE ENDED UP WITH 2 OVERDRAFT CALLED THE HOTEL THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERINCES WITH HOLIDAY INN BUT THEY FAILED GREATLY IN THIS SITUATION July 24, 2015
