I stay in Simpsonville SC every 4 weeks and I will always stay here. The staff is very nice and rooms are always clean.

The rooms and amenities were customarily very satisfying for a Holiday Inn, but the staff here is fabulous! Everyone, especially Brittany, is engaging, responsive, friendly, and professional. They really go out of their way to make sure their guest are comfortable and have what they need to make their stay efficient and productive for business purposes, but also enjoyable and relaxing when there is time to socialize.
They assertively ask about your interests and proactively try to find things to enhance your stay better than most luxury brands that have an actual concierge service.
Yes, thy really believe in hospitality at this Holiday Inn location and are a model for their cooperation. Not only do they represent themselves in a distinguished manner, they come across as very genuine and sincere in doing so!

Greenville hotels were all sold out so stayed at this property and glad I did. Staff was fantastic, Rooms were slightly aged but clean and free from smoking cover up perfumes.
There is a very good Steakhouse called Arizona down the street. Lots of restaurant choices and a brewsters ice cream store in parking lot. Area is safe and property is well lit up. Great stay

Always look forward to staying here when in the area. The ladies working here are friendly and seem to be service oriented to your needs. Breakfast is a plus because I can't leave without a cinnamon roll in the morning. Good location and lots of dining choices around the area.

You know particular attention is paid to the breakfast bar when the muffins are individually wrapped for freshness and toothpicks are provided. Not that toothpicks are needed by a lot of people, but just the thought of providing them.
