Car parking at this hotel is poor, but I couldn't fault the staff throughout our stay. We arrived past 10pm on a Friday evening car park was full so was met outside hotel by the manager and told to park at the train station which costs £8.60 for 24 hrs ( half of this was refunded by the hotel upon check in) . Even tho our room over looked the train line we all (2adults, 5year old and a 1 year old) slept without any issues in a clean, comfy just what you need and expect from a holiday inn express! Breakfast was more variety than I thought we would get. Overall it's exactly what it says on the tin and you get what you pay for. The location / parking is poor but has a lot more positives than negatives. We got the train into windsor the next day as parking was still valid 6 minute train ride so was perfect for us.

Really disappointed with this hotel. The parking was horrendous, check in shambolic, room and beds uncomfortable, breakfast was awful 0 little choice and disorganised chaos. Will never ever stay here again!

First of all, the staff and service was not an issue, room was clean, couldn't get my head round the bathroom door, which could be positioned to separate from toilet area, found there was a big gap so no privacy!
The quality Of beds and Mattress was very poor, wife woke up with a sore back..
