The hotel is in a convenient location and benefits from everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and is very good value for money

Hotel is good, rooms are spacious and comfortable enough, bathroom is very clean and comfortable. However, Internet connection can only be rated as poor (both free service which is on the brink of complete un-usability and paid service, which is unreliable as well).
Breakfast is full of sugary stuff, not enough variety and healthier choices. In 5 days no change happened on the breakfast menu (which in itself isn't varied enough).
Beds have very soft mattresses and narrow pillows which made my sleep a bit problematic.
Location near the Heathrow is fine, bar is quite OK, staff is very friendly and helpful but that Internet connection and breakfast ruin the overall experience by a large margin.

Amazing hotel, but the staff are rude, they dont care about you as a customer and they ran out of breakfast items, what was on offer for breakfast looked like it had been there all day.
Booked a disabled room for my mother and was given a standard room until i asked which was the disabled room then there was a lot of hassle to change the rooms back to disabled
