This was the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been a IHG rewards member for years. I usually stay in only Holiday Inn properties but the management of this hotel has changed my impression. I took a vacation to California and my last night was at this hotel. The television did not work, the hair dryer in the bathroom kept shutting off, the maintenance people lacked the experience to repair the issues and it was the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my entire vacation. I reported my problems to the front desk prior to checking out, they assured me they would pass along my concern to the general manager, I emailed the GM the day after I arrived home and received no response. I followed up with several emails, and got two minimal responses without any responsiveness to my concerns as reported to the hotel staff or in previous emails to the GM. If this is indeed an IHG property, the management definitely does not represent the IHG brand in any positive way. I am bitterly disappointed that the hotel would not address my concerns or offer ANY gesture to satisfy me as a customer.

Hotel is new and clean. But the management and staff of this location are doing it wrong!

Near to the airport, excellent shuttle service, clean, comfortable and convenient.
