Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! I have stayed in this Hotel 8-10 times and also stay in Holiday Inn Express everywhere when I travel. This location has been the best over all. Very nice people and rooms are alway in tip top shape. Comfortable beds too. Food is always very good and they keep their buffet open until everyone leaves instead of putting it all away before your finished. They even have warm cookies for night time snack and coffee always available. I always recommend this location. Nice hot tub too. :) Enjoy your stay! May 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Return Visits Planned As long as the current general manager is employed at this location, we will not be returning. In customer service the cardinal rule is accommodate and take care of the customer, not tell them "It is the policy and if you don't like that, you are welcome to find somewhere else to stay if you'd like." Paying cash for a room is not against the law and seems to me to be a simple request. Not everyone believes in using credit cards. Of all the times we have stayed and paid cash, this is the only time I had to swipe my debit card for the entire room rate and not just the incidentals hold. The other staff was great however, if check in time is 3pm, I don't believe you should still be waiting for a room to be ready at 330pm while the housekeeping staff is in the hallways shooting the breeze. Thank you but there are other choices out there....this won't be a consideration in the future. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room with great amenities Very nice, well appointed hotel with many amenities. The rooms are so spacious. The décor is very tasteful. Love that that each room includes a couch, chair, fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were just right. Traffic noise outside the bedroom window is the only negative. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Springfield. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and comfortable room Our stay began with a genuinely cheerful staff member greeting us at check-in. When we got to our room, the online pictures did not do it justice. The space was very large with 2 double beds as well as a couch and chair seating area. We only had a 2 minute drive to find a great restaurant for dinner then had plenty of time to get back for a dip in the indoor pool. While not large, the pool area was very clean and had a 3 ft section that was great for my four year old. The beds were very comfortable and the tv offered multiple children's channels-a plus in our family! The in-room checkout option made checking out a breeze. Breakfast was served downstairs in a very nice eating area with plenty of seating. Breakfast went beyond the standard cereal and yogurt many hotels offer with options such as omelets, assorted pastries and bagels, fresh waffles, oatmeal, and of course cereal and yogurt. We were very close to all the attractions we had planned for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Springfield! May 11, 2016
