Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel! This is a great hotel, nice and clean. Super shower and bath! Comfortable beds. However, there was a stale smell upon entering the room. Maybe the carpets/curtains need cleaning? Or it used to be a smoking room? Also the breakfast area is too small, not enough seating (we took our breakfast to our room). Good selection of items though. Other than that we found the room adequate and clean (which is always my main concern). Front reception staff were great. September 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, service was A Enjoyed the stay very much. The pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in. Restaurants and malls are within walking distance. I would recommend a bar fridge and in room safe as a further option for the hotel to consider. Other than that, the stay at this hotel was very very good overall. September 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Stay As tourists requiring handicap accessibility, we have found an extraordinary variation in what passes for accessibility. One hotel attempted to put us in a second-floor room with no elevator service and claimed that it was appropriate for deaf customers. Didn't work with the wheelchair, as you can imagine. The room at the Holiday Inn Express had a lovely bathroom with a roll-in shower, seating, and easy access to everything in the room. We were also delighted with the great number of outlets for plugging in our electronics. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, good air circulation -- in short, a lovely stay for two road-weary travelers. The room itself was beautiful, too. September 11, 2015

We will book there again when we go to my sons graduation from basic training in October. I recommit to anyone staying in St. Jean sur Richelieu. September 9, 2015
