Hotel is very clean and pleasant. Rooms are nice. Staff is socially inhibited though. Breakfast was adequate to good depending on days. Pool is fun, but small. St Joes has plenty to do for families.

This is such a wonderful spot. An excellent view of the lake and also enjoyed the restaurant with patio seating. I am a lifelong Michigan resident but this was my first visit to St. Joe. What a great place to stay and so picturesque. I want to come back and stay longer!!!!

Mark, the manager was wonderful as was Ms. Cruz and David the maintenance person. They went above and beyond the norm. We are already looking forward to our stay next year.
Your are very blessed to have such a good staff and such a fine facility.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was ample.

there was a magic show in the commons area, it was not available that day and I would have loved to take advantage of it. However, it as a bit pricey.

Ask for a Lakeshore Suite and you will enjoy a nice big room with a nice balcony/great view of the lake. Housekeeping is so nice and thorough. Very clean and spacious room. Nice sized kitchen. Some front desk employees more accommodating than others. I gave sleep quality 4 stars not 5 because the sofa sleeper is not that comfortable.

Property was very nice - neat view of the lake from the parking lot. Room was clean. Standard HIExpress breakfast and amenities. It's in a bit of a strange part of town, but that can be pardoned since it overlooks the lake. We stayed at this hotel the second night of a 2-night stay in St. Joe (splurged on Boulevard Inn for the first night). It was everything we needed it to be.
