This was a very affordable, quiet and comfortable accommodation. We drove from Edinburgh airport and arrived late in the evening but the friendly staff were immediately available to help settle us in. A breakfast was included in the room rate. There was a selection of fruits, cereals, and baked goods in addition to freshly cooked hot items ... as well as juices, tea and coffee. A great start to the morning! Unlike the USA counterparts there is a small bar in the reception/lobby area open all day for thirsty travelers. It is a very short drive to Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument. A great change from the large hotels and competitive with BnB prices.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Stirling. The staff were all fantastic. They were all very friendly from front desk staff, breakfast staff and hotel services staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they were all extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel is clean, the food is great. you could not ask for any better value for money.
Well done to all who obviously work so hard to make a stay at this hotel so enjoyable.
The hotel is so central to many points of interest i.e. Loch Lomond, The Safari Park, The Falkirk Wheel, Stirling Castle, The Wallace Monument, and many, many more.
As a wheelchair user I very much appreciate the fact that Holiday Inn Express offer a complimentary carers room to disabled people as part of the hotel chain policy.
I note that this review is for the 24th April checking out on the 25th April however prior to this booking we had a separate booking to stay from the 25th April to the 27th April, this review covers all three nights.
