Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place but hotel owner inflexible I have stayed here a number of times and on this particular occasion I was faced with a policy change. I had the front desk contact the owner who, based upon the franchisee guidelines that I quoted to him, had the ability to grandfather me in at zero cost to him but he chose not to. This is a deal breaker for me and because of that I will not only take my business elsewhere but I will also have our 14 organizations book their meetings at another hotel. April 21, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It is Stockton, but is that any reason?.. It's not a bad thing but it is a typical Holiday Inn Express. The exceptions I will note, both good and bad: 1. Entering the hotel (yes right outside the main entrance) you needed to maneuver through about six fellas making it their own outdoor living room. They actually turned the planter box into a cooler filling it full of ice and beer, and putting their cigs out in it as well. I recommend that the hotel moves the smoking section away from the main entrance and maybe that sort of thing will happen away from all the other guests. 2. How does a hair get on the ceiling? And it's not a good hair if you know what I mean.. Honestly, I don't want to know, but it was there, in the bathroom. 3. Very nice lady serving free beer during the welcoming hours. It was nice to get a free pint while checking in. 4. They were oversold so it was good to have status. Probably won't be staying here again but I hope they listen to the reviews because it is slim picking in the Stockton area and they can improve pretty easily. April 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay A family of three enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The only complaint is the couch pull out. We needed it for our child and it was not useable. The springs were very uncomfortable and it was lopsided. Other than that, the room was very comfortable, the king bed was nice as well as the layout of the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it felt very secure. April 6, 2016

Very quite and comfortable pillows. Which i would've love to take home. Which i ended up purchasing some new one the passed weekend. There was only one thing. Was told their would be free pizza and drink during certain hours but was told the people the hired didnt want to come. With i really enjoyed. March 28, 2016
