Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by El Paso, TX Trip All the Holiday Inn Express properties we stayed at during our trip were better than average. The only one we had a problem at was the one in Austin. There we had a non-functioning refrigerator. However, the property management granted us a discount for our inconvenience and spoiled food. We felt this was fair and reasonable. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Smiley reception This was my fourth stay in this hotel. But this time, I was welcomed by a new receptionist- Victoria. She was very friendly and welcoming unlike the previous one. She provided useful information in sugested dining locations. For example I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is a nice Indian restaurant located just behind the hotel. Regards, Vadim April 26, 2015

Choice of breakfast items could be healthier (not just marketing-healthier - but more items with no sugar added, for example, or organic fruit). Should include recycling. April 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Austin April's trip Staff was very accommodating. When asked for assistance they showed a yes attitude, yes we can, unfortunately I cannot expect perfection if the staff does not have all the tools to provide you with what you need. My only comments was that I had asked for foam pillows because I am allergic to anything else and was not provided with any because the hotel did not have any. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff showed genuine care. Yes I would stay there again, hopefully they will get some foam pillows by then. April 15, 2015
