Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay in Every Way The hotel was clean and up to date with tasteful furnishings. Great location in Superior with an easy commute around. The hotel is 1 block off the lake and had a great view at night of Duluth and a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. Breakfast had many choices and all were delicious. Staff was tending to this area constantly. Most importantly, my room was clean, comfortable and the staff that I encountered was always super pleasant. I will be making this property my go to place to stay when I am in the area. November 16, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else! Check in was a disaster. We booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out for our family of 6 and quoted a rate with our corporate discount. When we checked in, they gave us a room with only two beds. ZERO effort to remedy the room and ZERO apologies for not having the correct room that we booked. Had to go through many hurdles to get the correct rate. Once that was settled, three hours later and multiple trips to the desk and phone calls, the desk manager set off the smoke alarm by burning toast in her staff lounge. Breakfasts were nasty. Same breakfast both mornings. Our kids generally eat anything and most of this was in the trash. Gravy was like paste. Pool was clean and towels plentiful. Upon receiving our credit card bill the next month. Our stay was not on there. The following month it then appeared with the wrong dates of stay. In addition to that there was an addition charge for a two week stay on our credit card!! Our corporate discount service had to call and have hotel correct the charges. October 28, 2015
