They have a great shuttle service to the Phoenix airport and will allow you to park at the hotel during the time of your travel. The worst part is the age of the hotel. It's time for a redecorating job and new mattresses. In spite of that, we'll be back. May 6, 2015

He was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were great. The pool was very clean and this will be the only location we will stay at when visiting the Tempe area. The only thing I should mention that could use improvement was the lady setting out the breakfast on May 2nd. She was very rude to another guest because he thought breakfast was served at 6:30 am but it was actually 7:00 am on Saturdays. That employee kept making negative comments as she was setting out the food and wasn't concerned that everyone there could hear her. May 6, 2015

The attendant seemed uninterested in making any effort to replace anything. When she did it was at a leisurely pace. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place. May 2, 2015
