Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by More than expected Really friendly welcome and efficient check in - maybe 3 minutes and we had our key and on our way to our room. Room was clean and comfortable, and had all amenities, Comfortable beds - clean bathroom. But skip the breakfast - food not so good, and very busy and crowded. Next time we will go out for breakfast! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old and dirty This hotel need major renovation. Very old carpet and the wall are so dirty. There are 3 elevators and only 2 are working it can take you 10 minutes to go down from the 15th floor every morning. The internet didn't work for a few days. They put a note near the elavator to tell the Customer that they are doing construction. No fridge in the room. I asked the front desk to have one for medication and they did nothing. The room are very old and don't smell good. This hotel should not have the brand Holiday inn. I went to more than 20 Holiday Inn and this one is the most disgusting. Very dirty. Just when you enter the lobby you can see on the ceiling that they had water damage and only patch that. I really don't recommend this hotel, you can get better in Toronto for the price. I asked the front desk to sent my invoive by email and they didn't do it . I had to call them. This is not professionnel. The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location. May 4, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by inadequate internet access the room I was assigned did not seem to be close enough to an internet access point to enable internet access. its possible the router was too far away or the signal was blocked. upon request, I was moved to another room with much better signal.
