Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by non responsive uncaring. Staff was absent, uncaring and non responsive. Unprofessional, uncaring, not accommodating. Did not even know I had checked in. No quick check out. no wake up call, bad breakfast food. To top it off they raised the room rates. Bad business. April 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experance @ Tulsa-Woodland Hills Discourage staying that this location. Service at check in was indifferent. Found dirty diaper in room on check in. Breakfast bar was a disaster. Sausage barely warm. Decaf. coffee was cold both mornings. Internet was a joke. Either couldn't loge in or it dropped you off. Front desk was no help. April 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and clean I found that my room and the common areas were very clean. My floor was quiet. It was very convenient having a refrigerator in the room as well. The number of channels available on the TV were more than I expected, so I was quite pleased. The only thing I wish was more accessible was a power outlet by the bed. I prefer to have my phone on the night stand for an alarm clock. I ended up moving the night stand and unplugging a lamp to charge my phone. It would be more convenient to provide a lamp with an additional power outlet on the nightstand. March 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by "Long in the tooth" Property is due for an update. Much of the building smelled musty and damp. Carpet was worn, linens were quite worn, pillows needed to be replaced. But the pricing appears to have taken the condition of the property into account. March 28, 2015

The breakfast had many options and was serviced by a very friendly and attentive attendant. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was typical for this type of hotel, but it was comfortable for a week-long stay. March 25, 2015
