While the hotel could use an interior update, it was extremely clean and comfortable. The nearby dining choices were very limited. Overall this hotel exceeded my needs and expectations for a short business trip. April 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay I have never stayed in Tyler before, and I chose this hotel because I am familiar with the brand. The hotel was nice, though the room itself seemed a bit old and dingy. The check-in process was hassle free, and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was good, and I particularly enjoyed this hotel's quiet atmosphere. It wasn't the best stay ever, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers this particular chain. My only complaint would be the location. This hotel is located at the corner of one of Tyler's busiest intersections, so it might be a little difficult to get to depending on when you arrive or decide to leave. If you're checking in during a weekday afternoon, then entering the hotel from the south will be extremely difficult for you. Luckily I had no problems getting in or out, but if location is a big factor for you, then you might want to check out some other locations before you book your stay here. April 15, 2015
