Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Van Buren ARKANSAS The person at the front desk was helpful from the time we walked in the door after a very long and hard drive on a Saturday. The room was clean and QUIET. WILL BE GLAD TO STAY HERE AGAIN PROVIDED THEY KEEP THE PRICE REASONABLE. Also the fact that this was a pet friendly place and the fact that we were going to buy a dog from over the internet and wanted a safe place to meet the owner and possible dog/ dogs we were going to look at. Ended up getting both of them as it was too hard to leave the 1 puppy behind with out his pal... April 7, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check in trouble I checked in around 6pm and was given my room (419). Once I opened the door to the room I found it was already occupied. I had to go back to the front desk to be given another room (413). The room was an upgrade due to my troubles. In the room everything was fine until I opened the refrigerator. It was inoperative. Contacted the front desk and was told to try to adjust the settings. I then informed the front desk person that was not the problem and was told somebody would check on it the next day. I was there two nights and it still wasn't working. I was not impressed with the customer service at this location. I will pay more for a room at a different location next time. April 6, 2016
