We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Van Buren. It is a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly.

We were traveling for softball and enjoyed staying in the Holiday Inn Express. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express, but we will definitely stay at similar hotels in the future.

The person at the front desk was helpful from the time we walked in the door after a very long and hard drive on a Saturday. The room was clean and QUIET. WILL BE GLAD TO STAY HERE AGAIN PROVIDED THEY KEEP THE PRICE REASONABLE. Also the fact that this was a pet friendly place and the fact that we were going to buy a dog from over the internet and wanted a safe place to meet the owner and possible dog/ dogs we were going to look at. Ended up getting both of them as it was too hard to leave the 1 puppy behind with out his pal...

I checked in around 6pm and was given my room (419). Once I opened the door to the room I found it was already occupied. I had to go back to the front desk to be given another room (413). The room was an upgrade due to my troubles. In the room everything was fine until I opened the refrigerator. It was inoperative. Contacted the front desk and was told to try to adjust the settings. I then informed the front desk person that was not the problem and was told somebody would check on it the next day. I was there two nights and it still wasn't working. I was not impressed with the customer service at this location. I will pay more for a room at a different location next time.
