It would be nice if the IHG would have the items in the panty priced where you could see what things cost. Even if there was just a pricing sheet in the room. August 31, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bed linens not changed during 4 night stay I stay at this Inn at least twice per year, but only because of the brand name. I stayed here the first week it opened a few years ago. I didn't get acknowledged for my platinum status by the young man on Sunday afternoon. I never get upgraded at this Inn. There is never a room on the ground floor available, which I prefer.. Slowest elevator in North America. Breakfast was good on Monday and Tuesday morning. Food was undercooked on Wednesday and Thursday. Of course, the person responsible for the breakfast area was consistently at the front desk conversing with front desk staff. There's no card to instruct maid to change linens and they weren't changed once during my 4 night stay. A guest shouldn't have to ask for this basic service. August 9, 2015
