Great place, staff was very helpful. Close off the interstate, and everything you could need close by.
It would be nice if the IHG would have the items in the panty priced where you could see what things cost.
Even if there was just a pricing sheet in the room.

The pool was not available, it was strange because the next morning it was open. The front desk clerk never offered me snacks or points once my the transaction was completed.

Stay here about 4t to 8 nights per month , best Holiday Inn in the State , i stay at them all and this is the best !!!!
Always try and accommodate what I need and go above and beyond customer service , will stay again soon

I travel at least two night a week, and this property is where i choose to stay while Van Buren area, They are always friendly and inviting to their guest!

I stay at this Inn at least twice per year, but only because of the brand name. I stayed here the first week it opened a few years ago.
I didn't get acknowledged for my platinum status by the young man on Sunday afternoon. I never get upgraded at this Inn. There is never a room on the ground floor available, which I prefer.. Slowest elevator in North America.
Breakfast was good on Monday and Tuesday morning. Food was undercooked on Wednesday and Thursday. Of course, the person responsible for the breakfast area was consistently at the front desk conversing with front desk staff.
There's no card to instruct maid to change linens and they weren't changed once during my 4 night stay.
A guest shouldn't have to ask for this basic service.
