In Voronezh, there are many historical and modern attractions, each of them is worth visiting: Blagoveshchensky Cathedral, Petrovskiy Square with the monument to Peter the Great; ship-museum " Goto Predestination "; Oceanarium and many other. Walk along Prospekt Revolutsiy, formerly Bolshaya Dvoryanskaya Street, which is the main street in Voronezh and along its 2.3 kilometers length it has many interesting sights not to mention bars and restaurants. Here you can find the Kramsky Regional Fine Arts Museum, Officers' House, the former Somova estate, the puppet theatre, and the Victory Square.
Don't Go Home Without
Don't go home without visiting the Admiralty Square, a memorial opened on the 300th anniversary of the Russian military fleet. Voronezh is the home of the Russian fleet created under Peter the Great. On the Square, there is the Uspenskaya church built in the 17th century and replica of the battleship “Goto Predestination” that was the first ship of the line.
Even if you came to Voronezh just for a business trip don't lose the opportunity to explore a great variety of historic landmarks and tourist attractions. We advise to stay in Voronezh for a couple of days more. There is a lot of sightseeing in Voronezh region as well, including an open air reserve museum Divnogorie, Kostenki, museum mansion of Vinevitinov, castle of the Princess of Oldenburg.
