The shuttle is one of the most important things (for me) at a hotel, and I would recommend your excellent shuttle service to colleagues. Each staff member at this hotel goes above and beyond in their good treatment of guests, and that is why I am returning for a 3rd business stay in March--many thanks to all of you! March 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but bad heating Had a 3 day stay at this facility. Still in renovation but doesn't matter. AC in room doesn't perform, just heat 5 mins out of 1 hour and we felt cold at night. Lack of choice at breakfast, no scrambled eggs. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly Recommend My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Waltham, MA, was beyond comfortable and enjoyable! The Waltham location makes for a very convenient commute. I cannot say enough about the helpful staff who see to their guests' every need. The rooms and hotel are very clean, the bed super comfy. Healthy breakfast options are available every morning - the Bistro at the Park Lodge Hotel offer hearty meals and a gym is available to de-stress after a hard day's work. Five star experience! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The usual good stay, despite the snowstorm and the construction I have stayed at this property many times, and it has always met my needs: clean, comfortable, convenient, and safe, with a friendly and responsive staff. This past stay was during a snowstorm, and I spent a lot of time in the hotel (due to the weather and cancelled meetings) and everything was great. On top of that, they are finishing the construction on the lobby (which I was made aware of, before I got there) and everything was done to make sure that any inconveniences were minimized. Except for when you were down near the work area, you could barely notice that construction was going on. And the new breakfast area is great... February 15, 2015
