Great service from check-in to check-out, which includes front desk, breakfast area, and maintenance people. Holiday Inn Express should study the business model created for this hotel in providing good customer service. An added bonus was the Keurig machine in the lobby and well, set-up breakfast area.

Really have no complaints about this hotel. Everything met or exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable price. Definitely will stay again if back in the area.

Traveling for business, very convenient location. Staff was very pleasant and friendly at check-in and check-out. Room was acceptably clean. Other guests were loud in the halls at times, talking, slamming doors etc but not continuously that it interrupted the stay. Everything in the room worked. Could have been more electrical outlets. Sufficient TV channels for me, might be considered limited for others. It looked like limited parking directly out front of the hotel but there is plenty on the sides and around back by other entrances. Limited traffic noise, nice décor. Oh, and they have cookies!

I recently had the joy of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Warminster/Horsham. I must say that I was more than pleasantly surprised to see how big and nice my room was. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very attentive and answered any questions I asked. Overall, my stay was relaxing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great! I stayed for a week and everything was awesome! I loved that they had a Keurig downstairs that I could get a good cup of coffee whenever I wanted. Service

Brighter carpet colors will give a cleaner appearance.
Hotel rooms for one person were sold out when I visited; thus, I had to pay for a larger room. Perhaps more smaller rooms should be made available.
The breakfast was good.
The geographical area was pleasant and impressive.
The staff was friendly; but more precise directions should be given when visitors ask for help in finding a service.

We return every few months to visit parents at nearly Ann's Choice. High praise for this staff, especially the kitchen staff who keep the eating area PERFECT. Great food.
