Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pleasant experience We were guests at this hotel for a week. The hotel itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only negative things in our stay were the pillows (which had no form to them) and the egg choices offered during breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were very good, and the choices were varied. The swimming pool was one in which you could swim laps, and the exercise room was well maintained and met our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel to adults, although it might be pricey for families with children. June 21, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Business only The outside of this hotel looks clean and well maintained. The common areas and breakfast were fine, too. The problems came when we checked into our room. The ventilation system smelled of cigarette smoke, which was odd considering the "No Smoking" sign in our room. The other problem was that the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything from the rooms all around us - particularly the 2:30AM conference call the man in the room next door made. For the price, stay somewhere else if you can. June 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unplanned Travel We would like to thank H I E's customer service for finding us accomadations on an extremely short notice, over the Memorial Day weekend, in the Warminster, PA area. We needed to come to that area for a funeral for my Brother. We had low expectations of finding a H I E room. We tried to do so, online. But, with out success. We contacted the H I E Customer Service. After about 8-10 minutes the service rep finally found us a room, The only room available was a "smoking" room., which we accepted immediately. When we arrived at the site, the front desk attempted to move us to a non-smoking room. But, there was only 1 for 1 night. So, we took the original room. House keeping came to the room and sprayed an air freshener, which held down the smoking odor. The breakfast was very good both days, Thank You HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS and we will be back. June 1, 2016
