Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stay We usually stay here in June when there is more activity. However, the meeting was changed to April. We requested a quiet area on the top floor. It seems we always have someone walking above us at 2:00 AM. We received the second floor but we were able to change it to the top floor with different bed arrangements. The breakfast person was outstanding, making sure everything was filled and available. April 20, 2015

We did find out that another hotel chain accepts pets at no extra charge so we stay with those when we can. We are very grateful to find a hotel that accepts pets. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room keys After my first night there I woke up and showered and then was in the process of getting dressed. I heard a key enter the lock to my room and then the door proceeded to open. A man walked in looked at me and said "sorry" and left and shut the door. I finished getting dressed and went down to ask about what happened and all I got was an apology. The clerk said that the man said that was his room number and she issued him a key. This is a bad policy and I was wondering how often this happens. What if I was a female and he had bad intentions. I was only offered a half hearted apology. I have 40 stays at IHG hotels so far this year. I would like to think that my continued patronage is worth more than a simple I am sorry April 12, 2015
