Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Damp rooms The room I stayed in seemed to feel damp everywhere. The tiles were kind of wet, the carpet was damp, the comforters on the bed. Now I realize it's summer and it's humid out. But the AC was on, and it still felt kind of wet everywhere. It felt unclean, even though I'm sure it was okay. Other than that, this is kind of a typical, older holiday inn express. I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the hotel. August 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Slightly Disappointed I don't usually complain about hotel stays, and it doesn't take much to keep me satisfied with a hotel. However, my complaints started when the front desk signed me up for the IHG Rewards Program without my permission. I called the Rewards Program to cancel my membership, but when I checked into the hotel, I got signed back up again. I went to the front desk, and they seemed to delete me the second time I complained. Overall, the hotel was ok. It was not the quality I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It seemed kinda outdated and didn't feel as crisp and clean as other Holiday Inns. Holiday Inns are still my hotel brand of choice. However, I don't think I will be staying at this particular one again. August 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good choice but a few little gripes. Main gripe is there are no soft door closers on the room doors and the walls shake violently when another guest lets their door slam. It's loud enough to wake a person. There are no screens on the windows so if you're here during warm months you'll have bugs in the room, this is very annoying! Beds are very comfortable. Good lighting. Nice touch: automatic sliding doors in the main entrance. Moderate to high truck traffic noise. Overall recommended. August 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Experience I usually love staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Most of my past experiences have been great. This one however was a great disappointment. Our room was damp and smelly. The carpet was wet damp as if someone had cleaned it. Breakfast was completly disgusting. They were either out of something or when you asked if they had anymore the woman acted like it was a bother to help you. Several of the guest staying in the hotel came to breakfast in their dirty bare feet, which is a complete health hazard. It's an area where food is being served to numerouse people, it is not your home! August 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I reserved 4 rooms and stayed for a total of 4 nights for my son's wedding and the staff, accommodations, food, cleanliness, comfort and location, were nearly perfect! I have never written a review before but I had such a great experience during such an important time I wanted to let others know. The only reason I didn't give all excellent ratings is because of an initial mix up for 3 of my rooms that were supposed to be suites with a couch and they were only standard suites. The woman at the desk went the extra mile and spent about 20 minutes trying to fix the problem. She was able to recover 2 of the couch suites for me because of her diligence. Every staff and house keeper I met during the 4 days was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The woman in charge of breakfast was very conscientious and kept the food fully stocked and the whole area clean. Eggs and meat every day was a big plus for our large group. Other things that tipped this stay into wonderful was the way the front desk rescued me after one of our wedding party became sick and needed there wedding clothes cleaned just hours before the wedding! They continue to be helpful even now because I left something after my stay and they are keeping it at the front desk until I can make arrangements for it to be picked up. Thank you so much for making my stay stress free!! August 8, 2015
