We had problems with not getting adjoining rooms even though I had call the property twice and was told there would be no problems. We had to move twice. The a/c didn't work in one room and water was leaking from the ceiling in the second. After we moved to another set of rooms, there were bugs in the bathroom. The gm avoided taking any responsibility and kept telling us that she couldn't give us a rate adjustment because it wasn't her job. We, after much discussion got a one night adjustment at checkout on a 9 day stay

Should work with the CCAC Sports complex to provide lowered rates for baseball tournaments

The hotel was clean. It could use some updating for sure. The bunk beds were nice, but my tall 12 year old was to tall for them. We made it work. It would be nice to have a room with 2 queens and maybe a sleeper sofa. Overall it meet our needs.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. for the very high price for this kind of hotel its not that great. hotels shows its age. its a little worn down. internet didn't work for the 5 time staying at this hotel. when complained about manager at the front desk said thats just the way it is. won't be staying here again.

Chlorine from indoor pools can be overwhelming upon entering a hotel, and this was no exception. Upon checking in, I was given a paper to sign that allows the hotel to take an additional $25 from my credit card for "incidentals". This seems like a questionable practice; I asked the clerk why this was needed, and he was unable to explain. When giving us our room keys, the clerk loudly announced our room number. This is not a good practice, particularly for female travelers. The elevator needed cleaned as the stainless steel interior had grime everywhere...not good!!! The room itself seemed okay but vacuuming attention was needed underneath furniture, particularly the TV cabinet. The beds seemed clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The towels were below average--a bit rough and barely sufficient for our needs. Parking was fine. I was astonished to see a small dog in the hallway but realize that some hotels accommodate animals these days. The hallway was noisy (!!!) seemingly all night long, particularly with SLAMMING doors. When leaving, we took our things to the car because no one was at the front desk. I came back in and still had to wait a few minutes for someone to appear. In both cases, the clerks were dressed very casually and did not wear IDs, making it difficult to recognize them as employees.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was hot and she kept the area stocked and very clean.
