The air conditioning in our rooom wasn't working. We let the front desk know and the unit was replaced by the time we arrived back in our room. July 3, 2014

Just when I think they've done it all with the best possible service, they step it up a notch and get even better. Thanks for the early room, made the wedding on time in spite the long trip, terrible storms, and a need to check in early. We'll be back! June 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very positive experience I can't say enough good things about all the staff that I interacted with and even some that I didn't, by that I mean the kind notes left on the night stand each day by the cleaning staff, a nice touch. I'm not from the area but these people made a very positive impression and to my great pleasure found them to be a fine example of the local population. The Hotel was very well maintained both in the common areas as well as in the guest's rooms. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I'm fairly particular about cleanliness and they exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and the coffee was pretty good too. June 17, 2014

All the staff, the rooms, and the food were beyond the value we were expecting for the price we paid. This year we have traveled quite a bit, going to a few upper-medium quality hotels. Surprisingly, the rooms for this Holiday Inn were much better than any others we have had this year! June 10, 2014

I will have to say that this most recent stay was rather disappointing. The front desk staff (especially the gal when we checked in) was unpleasant and acted like it was a chore to help us. They did not have a professional appearance either. Our room ventilation system was noisy and disturbing. June 9, 2014
