Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by billing issues, dark room This hotel billed for the room 9 days ahead of my stay and buried this information in the cancellation policy. They then overbilled the room and said they would correct it when I checked in. They didn't and billed me again for the wrong higher amount. I asked them to credit my account the overage and they instead rebilled me the full amount, when I called the next day when I saw the extra charge, they then recharged my account again. I then spent 2 hours in my bank getting the charges removed so I didn't bounce other payments. Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean and the food is good. The lighting in the room was not very bright but the bathroom lighting was fine. November 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suggestions for bathrooms My only comments are about the bathroom facilities. I would like to see towel bars in the bathroom so that washcloths and towels may be hung up after use. If I stay somewhere for more than one overnight, I like to hang my towels up and use a second time-to conserve energy and not having towel bars makes that impossible. The bathroom is attracitve but I believe designers can add towel bars and not ruin the aesthetics. Each room should also have two bath size towels per guest. I had to ask for additional towels as some of us use more than one towel when we bathe-especially if washing hair. That is a must for me and I hate to have to request extra towels. They should already be in the room. Otherwise the room and the services at the hotel were excellent! My second stay there. October 20, 2015
