Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I checked out three days early Not your typical Holiday Inn Express. Front desk staff too preoccupied, and acted like I was an interruption. Walls are paper thin. I checked out early because a tour group was TOO LOUD at 4:00 AM. Was told that these tours are regulars and did not even get an apology from hotel staff. At checkout they did not even bother to ask how my stay was. As a regular Holiday Inn guest I can tell you this is far below the standard I have experienced at other properties. If you have the option to stay ANYPLACE beside this property TAKE IT. I will NOT be back. March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Heading North We stayed one night on our trip up to the wine country. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, good wifi and tv. Don't really enjoy the sink outside the bathroom, but the coffee maker and microwave were unexpected additions. Breakfast was great - lot's of choices and everything was fresh and tasty, from the yogurt and fruit to the biscuits and gravy. March 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible stay Unfortunately from check in on we didn't have a very good experience. The girl who checked us in was very unfriendly and not a very nice person. We requested the 3rd floor and she claimed it was all smoking on the 3rd floor and asked if we wanted it anyway. Well being non smokers we declined. She put us in a room with the window right next to the gas station next door and we heard every time someone put air in their tires and then bright and early the big gas truck was out there filling the tanks. The room was not very clean and the breakfast was missing a lot of items. After driving for over 8 hours and having another 8 or 9 hours of driving the next day, we left exhausted. We did complain the next morning (to the same girl who checked us in) and she did give us a discount and apologized for her attitude. I don't feel as though the discount given was enough to make up for our exhaustion. I would not stay at this location again. March 11, 2015
