Booked and confirmed room with a King bed at the applicable rate - called to let them know I would be checking in late to make sure that the room was not given away. When we arrived, was given a room with 2 Double beds. Told there were no King rooms available, that the hotel was sold out (which it wasn't when I made the reservation). Noticed that there was a room # on the key folder that had been crossed out, and another room number written in - must have been the King room I originally reserved.
As a long-time Platinum Club member, I understand that tough choices sometimes have to be made when a hotel is fully or over-booked, but in this case I was definitely not impressed - no acknowledgement of what they had chosen to do, no apology, and no offer to try and make things right. Definitely not a typical experience for this brand.

This location worked well for us on our trip east. We appreciated the room appearance, good bed and pillows for sleeping. We were not happy with the breakfast selection or quality of choice available. We like Holiday In Express for the breakfast option so improvement needed at this location. However, we recommend this location.

We stay at this hotel a few times each year. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is peaceful, making for a good night sleep. The professional staff is attentive and discreet.
