Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Never had issues before this We stay here a few times a year for horse shows. Though it is not a luxury hotel it is normally clean and adequate. This time the sink and shower would not drain and the room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk and the problem was resolved the next day. Though it was kind of gross we all took showers with the water up to our ankles after being in a barn all day. Hopefully that will be a one time thing and the housekeeping would notice if the sink and tub will not drain when they clean the room. April 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely great staff and a pleasant place to stay. I haven't written a hotel review before but the folks in Williamston are special. I cannot remember another hotel with such a friendly and accommodating staff. The location is convenient and very quiet. Hwy 64 entrance is a few minutes away which makes downtown Williamston a quick drive and this end of town is more convenient to get to Greenville. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit on the small side but they are a bargain at the price. I highly recommend this property. April 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great pillows, comfortable bed and nice staff The pillows were very comfortable and the bed was heavenly. Upon check in at 10:30pm the staff was very gracious and friendly. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items and appreciated that they were not the same every day. April 6, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty!!! I had a roach crawling across the floor and ants in the room. The bath tube was not clean and not up today at all. The heating and A/C was very old and noisy. At breakfast there was not the same as any of the other IHG hotels I have stayed at. Front desk staffing was nonexistent, could not get anyone and when I did find the one person (during check in times 6PM) she was outside smoking. I do not write many reviews but this one deserved a comments. This was the worst IHG property I have every stayed at. I have stayed in other hotels and some worse but IHG should never stoop this low.
