Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent experience and fabulous staff on duty Fabulous stay! We booked 2 rooms. Arrived a tad early and Bash greeted us with a wonderful smile. He is an exemplary staff member! Helped us get our room and then made sure our daughter's family's room would be all set when they arrived. Just joined as a member and didn't realize I had registered incorrectly. He helped me to get registered correctly! He was very helpful with directions to malls and restaurants! Rooms were wonderful! Everything was very clean and neat! Beds were very comfortable. Our experience was great! We did not eat there for breakfast, but things looked very nice from a distance. I go out to see my children in Calabasas 4x per year and I would like a special rate. I am a senior citizen, disabled and unable to continue to go out to Woodland Hills often. Can you please issue me a frequent Sleeper rate or else I won't be able to see my children so often. Thank you. June 15, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent GM and early evening front desk staff I've been to Holiday Inns all over the country. Your GM is outstanding. She has professional delightful attitude and she is more than willing to make sure that all of our needs are taken care of to the best they can. I can say the same for the young man at desk in the evening. With that said. I know the limitations of service can only go as far as the owners will allow. here are some things that I know are completely out of the GMs hands and need to be addressed by the owners. 1. The out door sign "Holiday Inn Express" has missing lights. 2. the Breakfast Section is by far the worst 'I've ever seen at any Holiday Inn. on my first morning there. at 7:00 am No eggs, No Coffee, No Meats, Orange Juice Machine was running water. next day eggs where dried and hard. no sausage. This went on for both weeks I stayed. 3. The Gift/Snack area had 1 of each item and when it was sold they were not replaced. 4. No soap for change available for laundry machines on site. 5. No Shuttle Bus to Airport. Time to keep your investment afloat and open up the wallets I could go on but I think you get the point. I understand that help may be hard to come by but remember you get what you pay for. Pay and treat your help with respect and they do the same. We will be coming back in 6 months. I was told that there are some changes coming for the better. I certainly hope so because if not, we wont be back again. Piece of advice to owner. Listen to the GM, she has our ear. June 1, 2016
