Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay for the money The accommodations were clean and updated. The media center and internet service was very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a problem with the heating and air conditioning that was addressed and corrected very efficiently. Not a large hotel but conveniently located. Would stay here again when returning to the area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room at a great price and a Starbucks right next door! Chose to stay here based on proximity and cost. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the facility was. When I walked into the two double bed room I was pleased to find that the room appeared to be spacious. There was a fridge in the room to store drinks or in my case dinner leftovers. The night I chose to stay was a snowy blustery night in Worcester, and I was awoken in the morning by the shoveling and snow plowing. Not necessarily the hotels fault but next time there is snow I will consider this before getting a parking lot facing room on the second floor. The breakfast was very good. They offered the typical continental breakfast food. They had a pancake machine (I did not try it) and warm cinnamon buns along with cereals and other sundries. The cinnamon buns were a really nice surprise. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a venture in Worcester. January 28, 2016

One notable thing about the room was that there were lots of places to plug things in. We have about 5 things that need power and there were more than enough. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived at check-in no one was at the desk. We had to wait about 10 minutes. We had 4 people in the room. The bathroom was very small. When I went to use the body lotion supplied by the hotel, the container had been previously used and was half empty. Yuck! Breakfast was available til 10:00am. We went down at 9:45am. There were minimal food items still available. Coffee was empty. No fruit at all. The hot food trays were empty. I ended up making myself a bowl of oatmeal. During the time I ate it I saw no staff in the area refilling any food/ drink items. Other guests had ordered take-out food in the evening and left garbage in the hallways. This trash was still in the hallways the next morning when we were leaving the room at 11:30am. VERY disappointed with my stay. Would not recommend. January 20, 2016
