The front desk staff called Manny is probably one of the most courteous, respectful and customer oriented staff I have ever seen. He is truly a genuine guy who looks after his customers. Very thoughtful and considerate of customer needs. He seems to be experiences and has practical solutions when you need to ask or inquire something. I was in the hotel only for few hours but this guy impressed me all the way.
I am expecting the management to kindly recognise and make sure this message goes out to him

Would stay again. Clean and easy hotel by JFK for a business trip.

We stay here every year on our way from Heathrow to Ft Myers. It's very handy for JFK and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice-the pancake maker was not working which was a shame. Also we found other peoples'' hair on one of the beds bottom sheet. Not nice but sure it's a once off. Also the shower curtain smelled dirty-a regular occurrence at many hotels even 5 star ones. So easy to sort! But well done to the management and we shall stay again.
