Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valencia Stay Stayed at this motel enroute to Long Beach for a Cruise, was easy to get to, fair price. Easy parking, Starbucks close by was a plus. Would like to see a different coffe pot in room. Been in others where they had a Keurg Coffee maker in room, that was a big plus. Great stay.... April 22, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unwelcome surprise at check in Upon checking in to one of two rooms I reserved, I was shocked and appalled to find filthy carpets with large stains throughout my hotel room, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, trash and food crumbs by the bed on the carpet, grease and food particles in the microwave oven, and to top it off: blood and hair on the toilet seat back and rim, and hair on the tub surface, and a long strand of hair on the floor. When I called the front desk, they said they had no other rooms. Then they called back and said they had only a handicapped room. They also sent someone up who looked at the filth I pointed out to him, and he simply stood there like a deer in the headlights. I asked him "are you going to clean the toilet?" He said, "oh yeah!" He returned with a towel, wetted it int he sink, and proceeded to wipe off the toilet seat and rim. No disinfectant or germicide was ever used! I am thankful that I brought along some Lysol spray to disinfect the toilet. I will never stay at this filthy hotel again. The Hotel Manager gave me 50% off the room, but the damage had already been done. I did not sleep well that night in fear that I would catch something. April 12, 2016
