Customer Service
I wil like to bring to your attention the severe bad food in Ixtapa Holiday Inn All Inclusive we experienced in our five nights stay in November, 2023, the food is not good, meals were repeated twice at dinners with Fiesta Mexicana Wednesday and Saturday, a lot of food but cold and no quality at 7PM when dinner started.
Tthen the Dinner Meal was repeated same menu in Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in two locations, we are a two meals a day family so then we go to Breakfast, the Lady Supervisor was outstanding supporting the breakfast event but quite frankly, there was more need for another restaurant to support with all visitors.
Friday, we had dinner at the Restaurant close to beach second time and we got sick, definitly not recommended the place. I will like to receive a letter from you when you make your Quality Audit at the Place, Ixtapa Holiday Inn All Inclusive, please no phone calls and no e-mails just a letter communicating you went and verify our story. Customer Service, we have been a loyal customer to IHG but high concerns at this moment.

Everything was very good during my stay. The room was very comfortable, the food good and sufficient, the drinks excellent and the entertainment fabulous.

Our overall stay was a memory that will definitely be mimicked in the months ahead. Ixtapa, by far has been the best Mexican destination added to our family's memories.

The sea view that we had from our room was amazing to wake up to every morning. The attention the staff gave to me and my family was amazing, we all felt very well looked after. The Mexican theme night was the highlight of our stay there, the show and food was great to experience on that night

Sure l like all At hotel the people are so social the sea are espectacular so l will back anytime for sure thank to all hotel service l so happy been there it is all l can say about holiday hotels every where l stay always enjoy

Al ser todo incluido la comida es de tipo bufete por lo que hay muchas personas que se sirven demasiada comida que terminan desperdiciando, deberían de pedir que al.menos los.niños no se sirvan solos o advertir que se cobrará un extra por la comida desperdiciada

Nice and very clean. Friendly staff. The food is very good and plenty to chose from. Rooms are clean and house keeping was great. Checking in and out was fast and great. For Americans who don't know much Spanish staff understands English very well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now. The staff is exceptional! The beds are so comfortable. The location is excellent. When we stay we know we will be well taken care of.
