Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Estancia El hotel tiene buen servicio, nada mas lo malo es que no están al pendiente de las persona que acceden a las albercas pues un día antes de salir llego una excursión donde la mayor parte de la gente se metió con ropa y esto da un aspecto desagradable, otra cuestión es que cuando contratas el paquete todo incluido no te dicen que nada mas tienes derecho ha cierto tipo de bebidas pues cuando pides de las que tienen ha la vista te dicen que tiene un costo extra y así cosas por el estilo. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disgusting bathroom Most of the staff at the hotel was lovely and kind. The food was fine, although I did get food poisoning on the fourth day and it took me a good week until I could eat a regular meal again. I was bed ridden for two days. Thank goodness my husband and children did not get sick and were able to enjoy the benefit of Mexico without me. Upon speaking to others at the hotel it seems that it was very common that one family member got sick at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good location, but they started construction next to our hotel and it started at 8 am,working until 8 pm, including weekends. I am talking about very loud drilling in the rock ground. I know that the hotel does not have control over this. The hotel room was disgusting. Furniture was covered in scratches and stains. The closet door was badly damaged. The bathroom was the worst. There was mold around the vanity. Mold was all over the ceiling. The soap holding the shower was all rust. One of my children accidentally put the soap in it and had to be thrown out. The floors had caked on grim around the edges and corners. The toilet had two large cracks in the back. They had been patched up with caulking but it was very noticeable. When I asked if we could be moved to another room, they told us that we would have to check out at noon and check in again at 4pm. There might be a chance during that time that they could find a new room. I was traveling with children and it seemed unreasonable that we would be without a room for four hours and only the possibility that another one would be available. Surely the computer could tell them that without that song and dance of packing up everything and not accessing our belonging for the main part of the day. Surely they could just switch us to a clean room. Maybe all the rooms look like that. I spent a lot of money on this trip on this once in a lifetime trip and I am sorry that I chose the Holiday Inn. I do not recommend the Holiday Inn. April 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by habitación todo excelente me encanto poder alojar a mi mascota en el hotel ya que es un hotel pet friendly, lo único que no me agrado fue que me pusieron en habitación para personas discapacitadas y el baño me daba la sensación de enfermedad y de vejez, espero que la próxima vez que asista a su hotel podamos tener un baño de acuerdo a nuestra edad y dejen los cuartos para las personas discapacitadas o en plenitud puedan disfrutar de sus instalaciones ya que para ellos están, una felicitación porque superaron lo que yo creía y ademas mis invitados quedaron muy contentos.... I will continue to book my future stays at this property. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great 3/4 star experience for a family get-away at a sensible price and great service and amenities.
