Bathroom: kept clean but sink and toilet had hairline cracks and bathtub had adhesive grit still in the tub since the matting had been removed some time ago. Housekeeping lady was excellent ! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Resort but Beware of Kiosks!! Although our stay at the Holiday Inn was very enjoyable we a had bad experience with the Hotel Kiosk 90 minutes presentation. We were offered a great deal on an excursion in exchange for our attendance at a 90 minute "PACKAGE" PRESENTATION at a different resort. After spending 4 hours including a so called lunch, which we tipped generously for, we informed them that we were not interested in purchasing their package. We were told that we would NOT receive our excursion deal and then we were directed to leave the back way exit , forcing us to walk 4 blocks to our Resort in a pouring rain!! Taxi service was offered to the presentation but NOT on the way back. We are both approaching 60 years old and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect!!!!!! We would like to warn other potential "Victims" to avoid this situation. We would like to emphasize that Holiday Inn is NOT responsible for these kiosks. Check Out Date:2015-02-05 February 18, 2015
