Nice hotel but poor breakfast and wifi to be improved
By lorybaliitaly
I always have high expectations when I book a Holiday In n Express Hotel. Staff was friendly and fast, but Hotel seems a bit old, Air con was working fine but noisy, wifi was far from being fast, [More] breakfast was really poor with a very limited choice. In the area there is not so much better so this hotel is fine for a short stay, without too many expectations. Price is not cheap. But again, this is Shanghai. [Less]

Luxurious rooms, great service, superb experience
By drp61
For a busy business traveler, the Intercontinental Shanghai Puxi is superb. The attention to detail starts the moment one gets out of one's taxi and is carried through every aspect of the hotel. [More] The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They go beyond expectations. As a lone female business traveler, I really appreciate that. It makes a difference. The rooms are extremely luxurious in all the right ways. I always look forward to staying at the Puxi as I know it will be a fab experience. Breakfast is top quality with a vast range on offer. Service is a little slow at times. [Less]
