I visited on a company business meeting for a week. The booking was made from 9-15th March. Booking from 10-14th was paid for by the company. Night for 9th and 14th was paid by myself. I asked for
IHG points to be credited but they didn't appear in my account after more than 2 weeks.
In addition, the night before I checked out, i had given the reception my business card to prepare the invoice the next morning as i have to catch an early flight. I made it very clear the importance of having my company details (names and address) on the invoice for me to be able to claim reimbursement. To my frustration, NOTHING was done. Which caused much distress as my colleagues and I all were in a hurry to the airport to catch our flight.
This is extremely disappointing coming from a reputable hotel chain like yourself. And as an Elite Member, this is even more frustrating.
I hope you will take notice and train your staff better. I await your reply on the missing points. Thanks. [Less]
