Discover the very best of neighborhood living when you book a stay with Hotel Indigo® in one of our London boutique hotels. Mix and mingle with the locals over fresh hot bagels on Brick Lane, or grab a picnic in Paddington and head to nearby Regent's Park for ball games and open-air theater.

Savvy travelers explore the city by the 'tube' and discover that whizzing from one district to the next on the London Underground is the best way to go. There's so much to see in the Big Smoke that it's best to strike a balance between the must-see attractions and quirky day-to-day London. Stroll through the peaceful parks of Bloomsbury or gasp at the British Museum's huge and diverse collection of antiquities from around the globe. Just don't forget to venture off the beaten track, and discover the colorful East End street markets that hawk everything from seasonal blooms to second-hand bikes and vintage clothing boutiques.

Take time out to sample the sights, scents and sounds of the city's best-loved neighborhoods - slurp noodles fresh from the wok in atmospheric Chinatown, head to the South Bank for a cultural afternoon at cutting-edge galleries and Shakespeare's Globe theater, and join the tennis-mad for strawberries and cream at Wimbledon in July. There's a wide choice of lively bars and restaurants within walking distance of your London hotel. Raise a glass or two with the locals in authentic pubs to get the lowdown on the neighborhood's finest experiences.

From Sunday roasts and crackling fires at traditional local pubs in winter to open-air theater in Regent's Park in summer, scratch the surface and you're sure to find there's more to London than meets the eye.

Great customer service
By AJ_jones
The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was right next to the Pemlico Underground station which made it very easy to get around. [Less]

Great Location!
By Teris966
We really liked the location. It is close to a Tube station and the neighborhood is very quiet and not very touristy. The staff is very friendly and were really helpful. The rooms were clean also. [More] My only complaints are more warnings. There were no bath amenities. There is no air conditioning, which you don't normally need in England, but it was record breaking hot when we were there. Also, I find most UK hotels don't have washcloths available, so if you are used to that make sure to bring your own. [Less]
Great all rounder
By Sherb
The hotel is ideal for London visits. The staff are all friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Even the bar is reasonably priced. Throw in the varied breakfast and [More] you have a great Base for a trip to London. [Less]
AN ADEQUATE STAY
By Alanstay
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Swiss Cottage, for one night. The transport link to central London is good, with the underground station nearby. A disappointment was the quality of the [More] mattress and pillows. The mattress was very hard and seemed rather old. Although the usual choice of hard and soft pillows were available, all four provided were very hard and uncomfortable. [Less]

Adequate
By Walker
The cleanliness and working order of the room were adequate. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar/lounge were lacking in service, quality, and experience. [Less]
