Staff is friendly and helpful! Always love my stays here when travelling for business. Never had an issue that hasn't been addressed immediately and satisfactorily.[Less]
Close to where our business meeting was.... hotel was in remodeling so some minimal inconvenience over that work but nothing to cry about.
Rooms are somewhat outdated but clean.

Good Place for the Weekend
The room was awesome, a ton of space with all the amenities. The only down side is that you have to pay for breakfast, but there are a ton of dining establishments near by to supplement any breakfast[More] needs.[Less]
Stuck in O'Hare
I ended up here after flight delays and re-booking forced an overnight in Chicago. It was during the playoffs and there weren't any rooms closer to the Airport. The night manager, Mike really took[More] care of me even though he didn't have any rooms left to book at the voucher rate and got me out the door on time to catch an early morning flight. It's the people that make the business click. Thanks Mike![Less]
Fun Family Night
We have stayed at many hotels and this one was probably one of the best we have been to in a while in this price range. The kids loved the pool and breakfast in the morning.[Less]
Great value and a good nights rest.
Great quality for the price.
The beds were very comfy and allowed me to sleep peacefully. Good selection for breakfast foods.[Less]
Comfortable bed and great pillows. Clean bathroom with nice towels. Good choice of channels on the new TV. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent (so was the wait staff)[More] and our visit to the bar was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming for business or pleasure.[Less]
The bed was very comfortable and I was well rested in the morning.[Less]
NIce clean room
Room was clean and comfortable.Heat and air conditioning a little hard to adjust.
Staff very helpful; concerning early check in and late check out. Minor complaint: Staff was not prompt in picking[More] up room service meal trays that were left in the hallway. It did not affect us personally: but it was both unsightly and unsanitary. One tray was left out for over a day and overnight.[Less]
