Good location in downtown Baton Rouge
By marksarasota
I have traveled to Baton Rouge for over 2 years and stayed an IHG hotel south of downtown Baton Rouge. After a recent business meeting in downtown Baton Rouge, I saw this hotel and wanted to try it [More] for a visit. I have tried this hotel and would recommend to others. It is near restaurants and pubs in downtown Baton Rouge. It is also good to walk along the trail on the Mississippi River. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel for future trips to Baton Rouge. [Less]
Good internet, free valet parking, central

Internet was good, which made my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, free valet parking was a nice touch. Rooms were nice. The hotel was overall above average standard, with little touches from [More] its historic past. [Less]
Great location in downtown area
By BowlingGal
Front desk clerk Brandon was the friendliest and most helpful ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of options - loved the omelet, bacon and cinnamon rolls the most! The only down side was the [More] shuttle service. Did not have a schedule that met our needs for bowling tournament and then they were not meeting their own schedule -needed to be either more flexible or on time. King bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, but towels were dingy. [Less]

Nice Stay (May5-7)
By Tee R.
My reservation was made correctly and the room was clean. Other than the rip in the sofa and bad wifi connection, my family and I slept well. As for food, I'm vegan, but everyone else enjoyed the [More] breakfast variety. [Less]
Great place to stay
By Djsonn
Stayed here on reward points... very good experience. Only thing I all of the Holiday Inn Express' would stop is the use of platic utensils in breakfast area. Can't be that difficult and [More] expensive to switch to an inexpensive metal utensil. Washing them for reuse would be very easy and quick. [Less]
