Splendid

Convenient to NYC. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, room preferences were all met. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. [Less]
Clean and comfortable
By Robby
The hotel was comfortable and clean with good service. Employees were kind and attentive. I don't like stand alone AC and turned it off due to the noise of the unit. Central air and heat is [More] preferable, otherwise the stay was fine and I'd recommend Holiday Inns to friends and family. I stay at Holiday Inns when I travel for business. [Less]
Clean and comfortable room - breakfast buffet
By Grammy
Overall this hotel is a good value for the cost. The rooms were cleaned well - we noticed very ittle dirt after cleaning ourselves. The only area of improvement would be the breakfast buffet. While [More] the selection and taste were good the food was always cold. I literally put my pancake through the toaster to warm it up! The breakfast staff however were very pleasant and accommodating, especially to our 2 year old grandson. [Less]

Mothers Day Weekend
By alley2222
At first glance the hotel was beautiful, clean friendly and the location was close to the city. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was not what we reserved. The Bar was beautiful. The [More] food can use some more work. The restaurant could use more choices for breakfast, it was the same buffet everyday. Our room was a handicapped room and we are not handicapped, not sure why we were given this room. The window was so dirty on the outside we could not see the outside. The bedroom blanket on the bed had several red marks/spots on the top of it which made us very uncomfortable. We had to remove it ourselves, not sure why or who left the room before us and why it was not taken off the bed . The staff that cleans up should not use bedspreads that have marks or blood on them for other guest, if they can not remove the spots than they should discard them. It made us very uncomfortable . Great Ambiance

I didn't use the food service so I couldn't rate it, but everything else was perfect. Couldn't hear the other guests that but we also checked in around midnight as a stopover point to another event. [More] I would definitely stay here again. [Less]
