Great Value, good location but noisy room
Nice executive suite and Christies restaurant has a nice breakfast and pretty good dinner but 5th floor lounge was underwhelming. It was completely dark, unstaffed, freezing cold and essentially

Shower water pressure was OK but room heater turned on/off continuously all night [Less]

This hotel distinguishes itself when it comes to Spires; I can reliably count on an upgrade (either to a junior suite or the Executive Level) and the breakfast chit; that's not consistent across the brand, but it is here.
The reception desk staff are warm and friendly; many have been there for years (which I take as a testament to the working environment). The restaurant staff are efficient and serve with a smile.

Good service, excellent staff, well maintained hotel
Am writing this review as a current Spire Elite IHG member. It's a pleasure staying at this hotel, the staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and the in-hotel restaurant is
quite good, especially for breakfast. The general manager is very helpful and always looks to help guests and make sure that their stay is well taken care off. I look forward to staying at this hotel and would recommend it for the business traveler [Less]
