This hotel was great! It was a little hard to find, but a phenomenal location! We stayed on the 37th floor in a King Room with a City view and the view was extraordinary! The staff was wonderful. I
arrived on Mothers Day and was given a package of ornate chocolates, the concierge was sweet and helped me relocate my car to a less risky location before heading inside to take my bags up. He offered me tips on where to eat if I wanted to leave the hotel (but their food is truly great so make sure you enjoy it at least a couple times), he helped me adjust the temp in my room (I like my room frigid), and even showed me where my closest Ice machine and the fitness center were before we made our way to the ground floor! The front desk staff gave me maps of the subways, addresses to where some hot spots were, and helped me find a parking garage that was close and affordable (LAZ-Parking 2 blocks down on Washington same price as the hotel and close enough you don't have to fully unload), gave me coupons for my son to eat free at the hotel restaurant, and a coupon for another restaurant in the neighborhood! These expectations and so many more were exceeded! Some have said this hotel was dirty, but I didn't feel that way at all, it was very culture rich, clean, and full of a great hardworking staff!
My only reason for not giving this hotel 5 stars was due to the fact that the halls were a bit dated and none of them had windows for guests to observe different views and there wasn't a pool (not that we had anytime)
