A lovely hotel with excellent staff and a great location for a stay in Asheville. [Less]
Beautiful View with fun style.
By SuzeBD
This hotel is located close to the heart of downtown Asheville. The mountain views are breathtaking and the rooms comfortable with an eclectic flair. The only issue we encountered was service after [More] the stay.. although requested multiple times, it took 2 additional days to receive accurate billing.. [Less]
Beautiful room, beautiful view!
By PitzB2016
Beautiful, modern hotel with AMAZING, large shower and great views. Get a corner room with views, if you can! The hotel only does valet parking and the driveway area is pretty small. Be prepared [More] for a short wait when dropping off or retrieving your car, especially if there are others who are in the driveway in front of you. [Less]
Beautiful View
By Joan47
Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the walking trail and the fact the hotel was a non-smoking facility. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. We especially [More] enjoyed talking with Holley. It would be nice to offer a complimentary bottle of water to the guests upon arrival. [Less]

Very nice hotel close to Biltmore with friendly staff. Centered with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. In summary, it is a clean, comfortable and family oriented hotel. Good for getaways. Thank you [Less]
Great night sleep
By Janiesq
This property, although definitely needs a bit of renovating in the common areas (halls especially), was wonderful to stay at. Our room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean, the beds [More] superb (and I have been in a lot of hotels recently), the dining room was not great (out in the open by the pool) but the food was wonderful, staff was extremely helpful and nice. I hope to return! [Less]
