Outstanding IHG Property - A
By ku001st
The stay was completely for Leisure, and it was exactly that! The staff was great during our stay, from WiFi help to a fresh cup of coffee. We were greeted every time we passed the front counter, [More] and felt more than welcomed at the hotel. Our room was perfect - exactly what we needed for the stay. (Front desk made a note on the reservation for preferred room type even though the reservation was for "Standard".) We will certainly use this location again and again - it was hard to get in (as expected) and it was worth moving the trip for this stay. [Less]
Great Staff and Beds

Impressive ladies serving in breakfast room. Desk staff was great! Helped us find a restaurant for dinner. We got a great night's sleep! Quiet and good beds! I liked real glasses in bathroom. [Less]
Nice property with a good breakfast
By Traveling Rob
We stayed as a part of a bus trip so I cannot comment on whether the price warrants staying here but if it does it is a really nice place to stay. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. [More] I thought the breakfast was better tasting than most hotel breakfasts but juice is not included. The staff was very nice. [Less]
Great Weekend Getaway
By DiscKing
This was our family's first trip to Asheville. I booked this hotel based on the proximity to downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The value was good for the location. Upon arriving the desk staff [More] were very friendly and welcoming. It was their pleasure to provide recommendations. They gave us a great room and even left a birthday card in the room, which was very thoughtful. [Less]

Great staff, clean, comfortable, convenient. Quirky design. Within easy walking distance to downtown - less than 1/2 mile to get all the way across downtown. Tons of great shops/bars/restaurants to [More] choose from. Room was quiet despite close proximity to highway. [Less]
