My first stay but not my last :-(
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay again. Some coworkers and myself stayed here on business. We ALL were pleased with our rooms and enjoyed our time in the pub.[More] All staff was friendly and helpful (front desk, Pub crew, and house keepers). The room was clean and the entire hotel was clean. I highly recommend staying here and I know I will if my job sends me back to Raleigh. Good customer service is hard to find and they made me feel like I was at home![Less]
Comfortable bed and great service
The bed was extremely comfortable that once you are in, it very easy to go straight to sleep. The entire staff provided great service.[Less]

Perfect hideaway yet close
Great customer service, excellent decor and spacious rooms.

Great service and uncomfortable bed, dark room.
By M from DC
Lovely, professional and gracious staff, they could not be better (except for housekeeping forgetting shampoo over two days). However, the rooms are too dark and it was difficult to work there and[More] the mattresses are lumpy and ready for replacement.[Less]
Clean and Convenient
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was convenient to where I wanted to be. The parking fee was a little high but otherwise a pleasant stay[Less]
Exactly what I paid for
The hotel and room were clean and efficient. The staff was nice. It was not as modern as some hotels I've recently stayed at, but everything was clean and in good working order.[Less]
Stopover in Raleigh
The hotel rooms seem spacious due to the pie-slice shape of the rooms, caused by the circular floor plan of the building. The bathrooms looked small but were ok.
The furnishing was quite new, and[More] the room had everything as described.
Booking etc was quick and painless, checkout fast.
Bonus: Our parking space was free due to input error.
Malus: Breakfast was very expensive. Abstained and had an in-room coffee (provided) with leftovers.[Less]
