Great stay at the hotel indigo. Hey convenient to my office and downtown. I would definitely recommend it. [Less]
Friendly staff and good location
By Leslie3
Cute little hotel with friendly staff and entertainment. Close enough to Broadway and museums to walk but far enough to escape the noise. [Less]
Comfortable bed and great service.

Great hotel in a fun location. Prices arent cheap but then again nothing in the tourist area of Nashville seems to be cheap. I would stay again! [Less]

Helpful

Our stay was very nice. Everything was clean, as you'd expect it to be, but the most impressive feature was the helpful, courteous staff. [Less]
Roomy, comfortable and good price
By Magnificent One
The hotel looks new and clean. The staff are a little inexperienced (was a little confusion about the reservation). The woman putting out breakfast was grumpy, saying "excuse me" in a kind of rude [More] tone when we were at the breakfast bar. We were there first and she wanted us to move so she could fill up the biscuit bin. If she had just waited a second, we would have been out of her way. The music and TV in the lobby were way too loud. It was hard to have a conversation in the sitting areas. [Less]
Good place

This hotel is in a newly developing area and is right off of a large highway. However, the room is incredibly quiet and there is not much noise from outside. I had a great stay, staff was wonderful [More] and extremely helpful both over the phone before and after my stay. I did not receive a receipt upon checking out so I just called and they were more than happy to send me one for my book keeper. I was staying with another colleague who was not on the reservation who arrived before I did and hotel staff were very helpful in getting him access to the room and checked in without me being there. My only wish is that breakfast could have been included in the stay and that could be the only reason I may stay somewhere else on another business trip. Other than that I had a wonderful time. Everything was great

They did all the little things right as well as the big things. [Less]
Awesome service and very comfortable pillows and bed.

The gentleman at the front desk in the morning when we checked out was great as he worked to help us with a problem we were having with our vehicle. The hotel was very up to date, clean, and [More] comfortable. The waitress in the restaurant at breakfast was very good, also. Great stay. [Less]
