Good hotel convenient for downtown
By Ashtead Al
We stayed here 3 nights to visit downtown and Grand Ole Opry. It's a good hotel and the staff are very friendly, the room was a decent size with space to relax. Right next to I24 so easy to reach, [More] but nothing going on in the immediate area, so you need to eat and drink down town. Taxi downtown... $15 [Less]
Just an OK stay.
By Scorpio
This hotel was a remodeled Red Roof Inn. I charged the room on my American Epress Card and it was charged to Red Roof Inn not Holiday Inn Express. This causes a red flag to go up! Room was very noisy [More] because of the rooms adjoinining door to the next room. Trouble sleeping because of the noise next door. Location of hotel is excellent and breakfast was excellent. [Less]

The location and cleanliness was great! The bed, though very firm, was also comfortable. Our room was comfortable and our room request was accommodated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not the best
By HomerG
Overall the staff is not friendly the beds are terrible and the food service is not good. I would not recommend this hotel due to these issue. I have stayed at less expensive hotels that have much [More] better service with friendly staff and fair food service. This is a new hotel but not a good hotel. [Less]
