Nice quiet room for business travel. Nice clean hotel. Will definitely be back to stay on my next business trip [Less]
Stylish apartment style suite
By LLP5
I love the stylish apartment style feel to the suites. And, the beds are comfortable which helps you get a good night's sleep. Beware of the handicap room if offered because it drastically cuts down [More] on the living area space to the point of feeling cramped which defeats the purpose of the suite for me. [Less]
Good service. Could use updating.
By Steev
The staff at this location is incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel could use some major updating though. I can't fault them for the location of the hotel. It is not in the best part of town. [More] But if you are wanting to stay near Love Field or see a show at Gas Monkey, it is extremely convenient. They should consider removing all the warning signs about vehicle break ins and hire a night time security guard or something. A sign makes me nervous. A guard is reassuring. The lobby area is nice, but does not fit the modern motif of most HIE locations. The rooms were clean and functional, but could also use some updating. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I really appreciate them using full sized pillows instead of the half pillows most hotels are going to. [Less]

VERY CLOSE TO AIRPORT. STAFF WAS GREAT. ROOM WAS GOOD. REALLY DID NOT HAVE MUCH TIME HERE AS I ONLY STAYED THE ONE NIGHT AND CAUGHT A FLIGHT EARLY IN THE AM. DID NOT GET RECOGNIZED AS A SPIRE MEMBER. [More] BUT THAT SEEMS A COMMON THEME HERE LATELY. [Less]

Great place to stay, very modern, beds were soft, water was hot, ac worked fast and our rooms were clean. Our whole family stayed several nights during Christmas. I found that the online booking [More] service didn't know what they were doing and miss quoted both price and services so I called the hotel directly and they were really awesome. [Less]
