A great hotel in the heart of Dallas. The staff is very friendly. I was greeted well. The only downside is I didn't receive any welcome drinks as[More] part of Spire Elite membership.
Otherwise, a hands down for the courteous staff and hotel ambience.[Less]
Awesome staff and comfortable accommodations
I have been very impressed with the service I received at this location, and I actually made note of the mattress type so I can buy one for myself the next time I'm replacing my bed. I've never slept[More] better in a hotel bed![Less]
It's worth it!
I highly recommend this place! It has an kitchen, flat screen, desk, relaxing bed and all. I wish it had a pool to go swimming though.[Less]
Nice modern decor
Fun atmosphere with mix of modern and old architectural elements. Not your standard Cookie cutter place to stay.[Less]
Great hotel and location ideal spot for a good night sleep offer drinks instead of points[Less]
Comfortable room with modern decor
Bed was comfy and the pillow variety was great. Only hit to sleep quality was the way the A/C vent was angled towards the bed, which my husband isn't fond of. The shower was fantastic; large walk in[More] shower with multiple shower heads. Much better than a tub with a questionable shower curtain![Less]
I enjoyed my stay at the Dallas Intercontinental. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and the location was in walking distance to a large number of excellent restaurants. I have no complaints[More] whatsoever.[Less]
From the front desk to housekeeping to valet, excellent service. Dining room staff at breakfast hovered a bit too much, but food was great.[Less]
Nice stay at the Intercontinental Dallas. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. The staff at the hotel bar were quite slow and not very attentive. I would recommend this hotel for[More] anyone traveling on business.[Less]
