Very efficient, European style (cozy) rooms, very near downtown and Deep Ellum. Reasonably priced, but good value. Very friendly staff.[Less]

I enjoyed everything[More] about this hotel - especially the location. Very convenient to everything Dallas. A great stay.[Less]

A little irritated at first but overall good experience!
Upon my arrival they had overbooked and had to send me to another hotel (they paid for it) but that room was not as comfortable as most HI are! The next day I had a conference and decided to eat[More] breakfast in the restaurant and had a great experience... The conference room was freezing but chairs and tables were comforting and they had free drinks and snacks available for us! Overall good experience! The[Less]
the staff and food was tremendous! We cant wait to go back at the end of the month.[Less]
The gentleman that checked me in was fast friendly and seems pleased to help. So many times these days you do not see this, so it is a pleasure to see this.[Less]
With construction and the hotel set back behind a larger building, the entry can be easily missed as there is no sign on the road telling you it is there. Maybe it will be there once construction is[More] done. The room lighting was dark. There is only standing lamps and no ceiling light in the main area to use if needed. If the lamps were 3-way with a bright setting it would be better.[Less]
Comfortable bed and great service
