Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Food, Service, Rooms
I have stayed at numerous Indigo hotels and this one is wonderful. The staff is very kind and attentive. The food in the hotel is great (especially for a vegetarian) and the rooms are very comfortable. Location is good though not in the center.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Not like other Indigos
I have stayed at Indigo hotels everywhere from San Diego, to London, to Barcelona, to Dusseldorf, to Berlin ... and this was the first time I was disappointed. First, the hotel is located in the same building as a Holiday Inn and the Indigo seems to be a glorified Holiday Inn. Check-In took way too long as I was waiting in line close to 10 minutes while tourists asked for suggestions on activities, the room looked worn out, after 22:30, the only room service available is pizza (maybe appropriate for the Holiday Inn target market but not the Indigo). The bar service...I waited 40 minute for a veggie burger and was simply told the kitchen was backed up. However when I called the manager later in the evening to inform him, I was told that the waiter forgot to put the order in. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was packed with tourists...it looked like all the people from the Holiday Inn had breakfast in the Indigo. The other Indigo in Berlin is much better.

This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, room was fantastic with everything you need and oh so stylish.
I will always try and book a room here when I am working in Düsseldorf - staying here always brings a smile to my face!
